What is SUPA Internet?

SUPA Networks is a fiber-optic network that runs cable directly to your premises. It's separate from the NBN, and where it's available it'll usually deliver faster, lower-latency speeds — especially on uploads.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. Number porting is free and we handle it for you. Calls are charged separately, or add the unlimited home-phone call pack for $15/month.

Is there really no contract?

Correct. Every SUPA plan is month-to-month, billed by direct debit. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. No exit fees, no penalties.
